Shari Lee Colby was born April 17, 1954 in Winnebago, Minnesota. She was the daughter of James and Betty Colby. After graduating from high school, Shari joined the U.S. Air Force and served her country for 10 years. She was married to John Beigl for 40 years. While living in Belle Fourche she worked at Common Cents for 15 years. Shari always spoke her mind, even if you did not like it. It was Shari’s way or the highway. And Shari was a very loving person who would give the shirt off her back if you needed it. She loved her many pets. She also liked to go to Las Vegas for the NFR and play bingo. She also liked to go to Deadwood to play blackjack tournaments. Shari was an avid reader sometimes reading 4 books in a week, and she loved bowling.
The family would like to thank Jane Garness who cared for Shari the last six months of her life. They would laugh and solve the world’s problems together. Shari will be greatly missed.
