Reece Walter Richards

Reece Walter Richards was born July 28, 2018 in Spearfish.  He was the precious son of Ryan and Bailey (Cox) Richards.  Although he was only just a baby, he was very content and curious of his surroundings, our little thinker.  Reece was a gift from God and went home to heaven at the age of one month and 28 days as a result of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

Reece is survived by his parents Ryan and Bailey (Cox) Richards and siblings, Angelina, Braxton, Brynleigh, and his twin sister, Rylee.  He is also survived by his godparents, Raymond Clyde (Shelbie) Richards and Sondra Rosenlund; maternal grandparents, George and Christina Cox of Whitewood; Uncle Kody Cox; paternal grandmother, Fran Richards of Nisland; Aunts and Uncles, Jamey (Kristen) Nolan, Andrea Richards, Tammy (Dean) Johnson, Peggy (Mike) Johnson, Tom (Lynn) Richards; great grandparents, Jan Cox of Whitewood, David Heaton of Sturgis, Marsha Heaton of Sturgis; and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his great aunt, Amanda Heaton; grandfather, Tom Richards; and great grandfather, Walter Cox.

Services will be held 2pm Saturday at Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche.  A private family interment will take place in the Whitewood Cemetery.
