Reba Ann Knuckles

Reba Ann (Hayes) Knuckles was called to heaven on March 26, 2024 after several years of battling dementia.


She was born in Denver, Colorado on April 2, 1956, the daughter of Milton Donald and Arlene Rae Francis (Meyers), of Belle Fourche.  Reba grew up and attended school in the Denver area before moving to the Northern Black Hills.  She was united in marriage to Dennis Knuckles in Deadwood, on March 27, 1999.  


Reba enjoyed planting flowers and listening to music.  Reba was a devoted daughter, wife, and mother, who took care of both of her parents when they became ill.


Reba was preceded in death by her parents (Milton and Arlene) and two brothers: Milton Leroy Hayes (survived by his wife Donna Hayes) and Arthur Clifford Hayes.


Reba is survived by her husband Dennis of Spearfish; 2 daughters, Amy Ann (Ruybal) Pino of New Mexico; Leslie Marie (Cocha) Grisham and her husband Bryan Grisham of Rapid City; 2 grandsons, Preston Blake and Peyton Bailey Grisham of Rapid City; a sister, Virginia Lowry of Florida, a nephew Paul and his wife Courtney Willner of Forida; their children, Rominey, Aidan, and Landon; a niece Christianne Willner of Colorado and her children Catie (McNulty) Nesterenko and her husband Ilya, and Erin McNulty, of Colorado.


Funeral arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche.  


There will be no funeral, just a celebration of life ceremony with family.
