Nadine E. Jones

Nadine Jones, age 66 of Fruitdale, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the Spearfish Regional Hospital.

Graveside services will be held 1pm Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the St. Onge Cemetery.  There will be no visitation.  Funeral arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche.

Nadine Morrow was born July 18, 1952 in Ottumwa, Iowa.  She was the daughter of Lavern and Shirley (Hunt) Morrow.  Nadine grew up in Cedar Rapids Iowa, where she attended school.  She worked as a welder for several years at P and H Welding and Cedar Rapids Inc..  In 2000, Nadine and Arthur moved to Lemmon SD and since 2005 they have enjoyed living in Fruitdale.  Nadine was gifted at making Indian dresses and western clothing, and she made many things out of leather.

Nadine is survived by her husband, Arthur of Fruitdale; mother, Shirley Morrow of Fruitdale; son, Jeremiah “JJ” (Karen) Bading of Bonaparte Iowa; brother, Vernon Morrow of Shellsburg, Iowa; sister, Roxanne Arnold of Belle Plaine, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her father Freddie Morrow; and aunts and uncles.
