Kaylee Ann Teppo, age 19 of Belle Fourche and Sioux Falls, died Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

Services will be held 10:30am Thursday, October 7th, 2021 at the Christian Life Center in Belle Fourche.  There will be no visitation.  Inurnment will take place in Pine Slope Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Kaylee Ann Teppo was born February 7, 2002 in Spearfish.  She was the daughter of Clayton and Krista (Wells) Teppo.  Kaylee grew up in Belle Fourche until her freshman year of high school, when she moved to Flandreau.  In 2020 she graduated from Flandreau Indian School. Kaylee was currently a student at SDSU in Brookings.

Kaylee loved her family, especially her sisters.  And her new role as an aunt was very special to her.  She was caring and always tried to make other people feel better.  She was a fun girl and always ready to go do something.  She had a creative energy about her as well.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Kaylee is survived by her mother, Krista (Brady) Menzel of Sioux Falls; father, Clayton Teppo of Sturgis; sisters, Megan Teppo of Minneapolis, Kelsey Teppo of Sioux Falls; 3 step-sisters, Brooklyn Menzel of Spearfish, Britain Menzel of Rapid City, Gianna Menzel of Spearfish; niece, Mariah Titus of Sioux Falls; step-nephew, Layke Dodd of Rapid City; grandparents, Allen Wells of Belle Fourche, Brett and Glenys Bachand of Belle Fourche, JoAnn Robb of Belle Fourche; step-grandparents, Bob and Dondra Menzel of Dupree SD; great-grandparents, Jack and Maryann Wells of Belle Fourche; step-great grandfather, Wilbur Bachand of Sturgis; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Delmar and Bernadine Teppo; and uncle, Fred Lien.
