Pamela M. Bickerdyke, age 52 of Sioux Falls, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Graveside services will be held 1pm Thursday, November 17th, 2016 at the Buffalo Cemetery in Buffalo, South Dakota. Pastor Chris Garlick will officiate the service. Arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Pamela Myron Bickerdyke was born February 18, 1964 in Belle Fourche. She was the daughter of Eugene and Marlene (Russell) Bickerdyke. Pam was a baptized member of Grand River Lutheran Church in Buffalo. She attended Jamestown Crippled Children’s School and Sioux Falls Crippled Children’s School and later, United Cerebral Palsy in Sioux Falls. For the past several years she has resided at Dakotabilities in Sioux Falls. Pam enjoyed watching tennis and arena football, especially the Storm of Sioux Falls. She also liked gameshows on television such as Family Feud. She loved taking trips to Minneapolis. Pam participated in the Special Olympics and participated in two Ms. Wheelchair Pageants. She was Miss City Bank of Sioux Falls. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and the spark she had in her personality. She was a wonderful sister and friend, and loved very much. She is survived by her sister, Gene Von Bickerdyke of Buffalo SD, brothers, Tyler (Audrey) Bickerdyke of Belle Fourche, Rod (Melissa) Bickerdyke of Buffalo SD; 4 nephews, Cale of Watford City ND, Chase, and Cade of Belle Fourche, and Nayati of Buffalo SD. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her special family at Dakotabilities in Sioux Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents.
