Richard Bruffey, age 62 of Belle Fourche, died Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the Spearfish Regional Hospital. Services will be private. Funeral arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Richard is survived by his friend Noreda Mann of Belle Fourche.
