Richard A. Nelson II, of Rapid City, died Friday August 7, 2015 at the Belle Fourche Senior Healthcare Center in Belle Fourche. Funeral arrangements are pending with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Richard is survived by his friend, Terry Spoer of Rapid City.
