Clint Montgomery

Clint L. Montgomery was born on October 15, 1966 in Riverton, WY to Dean and Peggy (Maddock) Montgomery. He was raised on a ranch in Kinnear, WY with his little brother, Wade. Clint graduated from Wind River High School in 1985 and continued his education through Casper College where he obtained a certification in diesel mechanics. Clint loved to be outside and working on things. He was one of the hardest working men to have ever lived. There wasn’t anything that Clint couldn’t fix, he was the go-to man. During college, he reconnected with the love of his life, Robin Nipper. On June 4th, 1988, the two married and together they have two wonderful children, Cole and Tyler. Clint and Robin lived in Crowheart, WY for their first years of marriage. After the two children were born they moved to Aladdin, WY to ranch with his parents. In 2002, the family moved to Belle Fourche, SD to be closer to work and school. Clint spent a lot of time enjoying his family. He went to every football and volleyball game and was very supportive. Clint died at the age of 48 on Thursday June 18, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Clint is loved and will be missed by many. He is survived by his wife, Robin Montgomery, his kids, Cole and Tyler of Belle Fourche, his brother, Wade (Bev) Montgomery of St. Onge, his parents, Dean and Peggy Montgomery of Aladdin, WY, his grandmother, Mary Maddock of Aladdin, WY, his mother-in-law, Minnie McIntosh of Crowheart, WY, his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Britany, and Raylee Nipper, Dyllon, Dusty, and Derrick Nipper, and Kelly and Tel Montgomery and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be a celebration of life for Clint on July 4th at 2:00pm at the Montgomery residence, 10626 Sourdough Road, Belle Fourche.
