** VIDEO TRIBUTE CAN BE VIEWED BY CLICKING WEBLINK ABOVE ** Lisa Dobesh, age 48 of Belle Fourche, died Tuesday December 23, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held 10:30 am Saturday, December 27th, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Belle Fourche. There will be no visitation. Memorials will include Black Hills Roundup Chutes for Charity. Funeral arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Lisa Nicole Hysong was born December 18, 1966 in Laramie, Wyoming. She was the daughter of William and Patricia (Hamblin) Hysong. Lisa grew up in Laramie and graduated from high school with the Class of ’85. On July 20, 1985 Lisa was united in marriage to Boe Dobesh at the First Baptist Church in Belle Fourche. To this union was born three daughters: Brandy, Ashley, and Dusti. Following their marriage Lisa and Boe lived in various communities throughout Wyoming, including Hulett and Douglas. In 1995 they settled on their ranch located west of Belle Fourche. Lisa worked for a couple years at Western Feeds, and for several years she enjoyed working as a Special Education Teachers Aid at the middle school and elementary schools in Belle Fourche. Thirteen years ago, Lisa developed a cancerous tumor behind her eye. She was told that someday the cancer may return and if it did, it would attack her liver. This past year Lisa became sick and it proved the Doctor was right. Lisa fought courageously against the disease, and her family fought against it with her. Lisa will be remembered for her great smile and her sense of humor. She loved animals, especially her “Babe” and “Kisses”. She had a green thumb when it came to plants. And she loved to help at brandings every spring. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, and she will be greatly missed. Lisa is survived by her husband, Boe of Belle Fourche; daughters, Brandy (Scott) Daniels of Moorcroft WY, Ashley Dobesh of Belle Fourche, Dusti (James) Grimes of Belle Fourche; 5 grandchildren, Troy, Chaisley, and Sadie Daniels, Braxton Dobesh, and Tailey LeFlore. She is also survived by her mother, Patty Smith of Pringle SD; sister, Kandi (Dan) Crawford of Gillette WY; brothers, Billy (Stephanie) Hysong of Laramie WY, Gregg (Amy) Clark of Descanso CA; father-in-law, Frank Dobesh of Belle Fourche; nieces and nephews; and two very special friends, Tammy Lorenz and Michelle Warrick. She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Hysong; and mother-in-law, Marilyn Dobesh.
