** Click weblink above to view video tribute **Clara Mae Bagley, age 89 of Belle Fourche and formerly Camp Crook and Spearfish, died Friday October 26, 2012 at the Belle Fourche Health Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. The funeral service will be held 10 am Tuesday October 30th, 2012 at Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche, with Rev. Tom Martin officiating. Visitation will be held 4 to 7pm Monday at the funeral home, with a public prayer service at 6pm. Interment will take place at Black Hills National Cemetery, near Sturgis. Clara Mae Humbracht was born July 4, 1923 in Camp Crook, South Dakota. She was the daughter of Louis and Mabel (Kidney) Humbracht. Clara attended Slick Creek School through the 8th grade, and graduated from the Camp Crook High School in 1941. She worked at the Cash n Carry Store and Snyder Store, while going to school. Clara Mae met the love of her life, Glen Bagley, at a country dance. They were united in marriage in Baker, Montana on December 27, 1945. To this union, two children were born: Sharon and Louis. Clara and Glen made their home at the Clay Patton place near Mill Iron Montana, until they bought a ranch near Camp Crook. In 1958 Clara Mae and Glen moved into Camp Crook when they purchased the Snyder Store. They sold the store in 1966 due to health reasons, and moved to Spearfish. Clara Mae worked at the Hazeldine Drug Store and at the Knothole. Glen died in 1990, and Clara Mae continued to live in Spearfish. In 2007, Clara Mae moved into the Belle Fourche Health Care Center, where she has lived since. Clara Mae took great pride in her family. She loved dancing, playing cards, and cooking. She was a member of the Camp Crook Methodist Church and ladies aid. Clara Mae is survived by her daughter, Sharon Knapp of Camp Crook; 5 grandchildren, Krista, Darren, Tim, Denise, and Shelly; 5 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Lola Humbracht of Spearfish.
